Job Goal:

Mentor and coach special education teachers to aide in their development of classroom management, IEP writing, differentiating instruction, data collecting, and assisting in professional development.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid, current Special education teaching certificate (High School Preferred)
• Knowledgeable of the primary components of an IEP
• Have a clear understanding of IEP law
• Ability to develop an effective Behavior Intervention Plan
• Experienced in mentoring staff and providing guidance
