In addition to the base pay, certified teachers are eligible for money out of Arizona's Classroom Site Fund - commonly referred to as "301 money." This money comes to roughly $6,000 per year, and is paid out in three installments. It is important to note that the third installment is based on teacher performance while the first two are mainly based on days worked.
